By using any of our Services (even just browsing one of our websites), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you disagree with the Terms, you may not use our Services.

A) Purchases and Refunds

  1. Magnus Investors offers individual products for sale as well as subscriptions, memberships or other regular fee-based services through the Site. Individual products purchased through the Site require a valid credit card to complete the purchase, and the purchase amount will be charged to the credit card at the same time the purchase is completed on the Site. When you purchase an individual Product, you will receive a streaming or digital version; no physical copies of Products or other materials will be shipped or provided to you.

  2. If you purchase a subscription, membership or other regular fee-based services on the Site, a valid credit card is required for billing purposes. You hereby consent to Magnus Investors storing (or having a third party store on Magnus Investors’ behalf) such payment information and agree to the following policies and procedures for payment of subscriptions, memberships or other periodic fees associated with the Site.

  3. Immediately upon signing up for an account or other regular fee-based service on the Site, fees for the initial period or term of the account or service you have selected (monthly, quarterly, annually, as applicable) will be charged to the applicable credit card. Within ten (10) business days prior to the expiration of the initial selected period or term, and for each subsequent period or term until your account or other regular service is terminated in accordance with these Terms of Service, the charges for your selected account or service will be automatically renewed for the subsequent period or term, and an amount for your renewed account or service will be billed and charged to your Magnus Investors credit card in accordance with the then-current Website price list. If the credit card associated with your account or service expires, is terminated, or payment is otherwise declined by the issuing company, Magnus Investors may immediately terminate your account or service. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that (1) valid credit card information remains on file for your account or service and its automatic renewal, and (2) a valid email address remains on file for your account or service for appropriate communications from Magnus Investors.

4. All payments made by you to Magnus Investors in connection with a purchased product, account or service, and any renewals thereof, are non-refundable. Magnus Investors does not offer and is not obligated to provide refunds or credits for any reason, including, but not limited to, satisfaction or your failure to cancel your account or service prior to the automatic renewal.

We do not offer refunds because we give you access to our exclusive content, knowledge and educational material, as well as our real-time entry and exit signals and trade ideas that allow our members to make their money (the monthly membership fees*) back within a few days by making a few trades with us. Therefore, once your subscription starts, you will not be able to get a refund for any payments you have already made.


*For the Quarterly Membership plan, the period is 2-12 (two to twelve) weeks.
*For the Annual Membership plan, the period is 2-12 (two to twelve) months.

Please note that you can cancel your membership at any time. You can continue to use the subscription until the end of the period for which you have paid.

  1. All fees charged by Magnus Investors in connection with any product purchased or account or service provided by the Site are exclusive of any taxes, levies or duties imposed by any taxing authority, and you are responsible for, and hereby assume responsibility for, the payment of all such taxes, levies or duties arising from the purchase of products or use of the Site.

   B) Cancellations

  1. Your account or service may be terminated at any time in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein, provided that, as set forth above, no refund will be made if your account or other regular fee-based service is terminated prior to the end of the applicable period or term.
    If you cancel, you are solely responsible for the proper termination of your account or service.
  2. At your existing PayPal account, you can (a) cancel your subscriptions, (b) view your active subscriptions and invoice history and download invoices, (c) update payment methods, and (d) update billing information, including your tax ID.

    If you have an existing PayPal account, learn how to cancel a recurring/pre-authorised payment such as a subscription or billing agreement:
    a) through the PayPal website:
  1. Click Settings at the top of the page.
  2. Click Payments.
  3. Click Manage automatic payments.
  4. Select the merchant’s name or email address.
  5. Click Cancel.
  6. Click Cancel Automatic Payments.
  7. Click Done.

         b) through the PayPal mobile app:

  1. Tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap Automatic Payments.
  3. Tap the subscription you want to view.
  4. Tap Remove PayPal as your payment method near the bottom of the screen.
  5. Tap Remove to confirm the cancellation.

         

Please note:

  • You must cancel the subscription at least one day before the scheduled date of the next payment to avoid a fee.
  • If you cancel a payment, your subscription with the merchant is not cancelled. You must pay the merchant for the goods or services received.

If you have paid with a card and do not have an existing PayPal account, you will not have the option to cancel the recurring/pre-authorised payment from your end. You need to contact us to cancel your recurring/pre-authorised payment.


You may terminate your account or service at any time by requesting such termination in writing via email to support@magnusinvestors.com. Such termination must be confirmed by Magnus Investors and will be processed by Magnus Investors in accordance with its email termination deadlines and procedures.

Cancellation requests by telephone, fax or other means of communication cannot and will not be accepted, honoured or effective. Termination of your account or service will result in immediate deactivation and deletion of your account or service, denial of access to the Site, and forfeiture and abandonment of all content and information related to your account or service. No data, content or information can be recovered after the termination of your account or service, and you assume full responsibility for retaining all data, content or information on your account or service prior to termination. Magnus Investors may retain data, content or information from your account after termination in backup and/or archival copies of the Site and related databases, but these copies, if any, will not be available to you.

   C) Modifications to the Site and Pricing

  1. Magnus Investors reserves the right, and you acknowledge that Magnus Investors may change the Site, including without limitation the content, materials and services offered thereon and the fees, charges and prices associated with the Site, at any time without notice.

  2. The current price ($149 per month) is the initial and introductory fee for our services. It applies to all. Magnus Investors reserves the right, and you agree, that Magnus Investors may increase the monthly fee from $149 to $199-$249-$299 or more per month after a period of time without notice.

  3. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Magnus Investors reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof) without notice. Any new features that enhance or improve the then-current version of the Site, including the release of new tools and resources, are subject to these Terms of Service and may, in Magnus Investors’ sole discretion, result in an increase in price. Magnus Investors shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any damages, costs, expenses or other liabilities related to any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Site or any services.


4. Without limiting the foregoing, Magnus Investors may use banners or similar devices to notify you of certain changes to the Site or related prices. Alternatively, notice may be provided by email from Magnus Investors or the Site to an email address associated with your account or service, even if we have other contact information. You also agree that Magnus Investors may communicate with you by any available means, including email, cell phone, telephone, or delivery services, including mail, about your account or service or about products or services related to the Site. You acknowledge and agree that we will have no liability related to or arising out of your failure to maintain accurate contact or other information, including but not limited to your failure to obtain important information about the Site or pricing.

By using any of our Services (websites, social media platforms, groups, etc.), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

These Terms and Conditions of Service and Use of MagnusInvestors.com (the “Terms of Service”) are hereby made effective by Magnus Investors (“Magnus Investors” or “we” or “us” or “our”) as of August 10, 2021, and last updated on July 13, 2022, without waiving or otherwise superseding any rights or obligations under any prior Terms and Conditions of Service and Use of www.MagnusInvestors.com.

  • MagnusInvestors.com and all related content, materials and services: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, (collectively, the “Site”) is an online securities and derivatives trading resource that provides its clients and members with interactive chat rooms, trading, investment and research tools and simulators, and educational classes, materials and resources for use by clients and members in connection with their trading activities. The term “securities and derivatives” as used herein and for purposes of these Terms of Service includes, but is not limited to, money, securities, derivatives, commodities and other investments of every kind and nature, and all contracts and options relating thereto, whether present or future delivery.

  • In consideration for each Member’s or Customer’s (each, a “Customer” or “you”) access to and use of Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, we require each Member and Customer to conduct themselves with integrity and comply with our rules of Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, and to abide by these Terms of Service and any other rules, regulations or other policies of Magnus Investors.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

You agree to read these Terms of Service carefully and retain them for future reference. You understand, acknowledge and agree that these Terms of Service govern all aspects of my use of Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services. By clicking on “I AGREE” and/or using or accessing Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, you acknowledge that you have received, read, and understand these Terms of Service and Magnus Investors’ Privacy Policy.

If you are not willing to abide by these Terms of Service, you will not click on “I AGREE” and/or use or access them.

YOU UNDERSTAND, ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT CLICKING “I AGREE” IS THE LEGAL EQUIVALENT OF YOU MANUALLY SIGNING THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THAT YOU WILL BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

By clicking on “I AGREE” and/or using or accessing Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, you agree,
(a) that you have received, read and understand these Terms of Service, and that these Terms of Service constitute a valid and binding agreement enforceable against you in accordance with the terms of these Terms of Service,

(b) that you will be bound by these Terms of Service, any terms, conditions or other rules, regulations or policies of Magnus Investors, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in our sole discretion without prior notice,

(c) that your use of Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules or regulations, and that you are solely responsible for complying with any such laws, rules or regulations applicable to your use of Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, and that you comply with, know and understand them.


If you do not agree with any part of these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using or accessing Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services.

In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, by using or accessing Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack Workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, you represent and warrant to us that you:

(a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older,

(b) are not currently restricted from using Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack Workspace, the CopyTrader (including any service or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, or are otherwise not restricted from having an account with us,

(c) are not a competitor of Magnus Investors or directly or indirectly engaged in a business or activity that may compete with Magnus Investors’ business or activities, and do not use Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack Workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, for any reason related to Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack Workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services,

(d) you have full authority to enter into and perform these Terms of Service, and you are not in breach of any other agreement to which you are a party,

(e) not infringe any rights of Magnus Investors, including but not limited to intellectual property rights such as patent, copyright or trademark rights,

(f) you agree to provide, operate and maintain, at your own risk, cost and expense, all equipment, software and Internet access necessary to use Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or other Magnus Investors’ other products and services.


Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or any other provision of this Terms of Service, you acknowledge and agree as follows:

  1. That the content, materials, services and other intellectual property contained or embodied in Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, are the property of Magnus Investors and are protected by patent, copyright, trademark and other similar laws;
  2. not to advertise, offer for sale or sell any products or services, including, without limitation, any financial or investment products, securities or services, or any contests or promotions;
  3. not to make any unauthorized commercial communications (such as transmit, post, or otherwise publish spam) or other similar materials or advertisements using Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services;
  4. Not to access Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services using any automated means, including but not limited to harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers;
  5. Not engage in multi-level marketing with Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, including but not limited to pyramid schemes and similar marketing schemes;
  6. Not to upload, use or distribute viruses or other malicious code or other abusive scripts or processes;
  7. Not to solicit login, account or other personal information of another person or request or obtain access to an account of another person;
  8. Not to bully, intimidate or harass any person;
  9. Not to post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, incites violence, or contains nudity, graphic material, gratuitous violence, or anything else that Magnus Investors, in its sole discretion, deems objectionable;
  10. Not to use Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, in any manner that is or may be deemed unlawful, including, but not limited to, violating any law, rule or regulation relating to securities or investments, or any rule or regulation of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Australian Securities and Investment Commission and/or the rules of any national or other securities exchange, and any rules or other pronouncements having the force of law;
  11. Not to use Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, in any manner that violates these Terms of Service, is fraudulent, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory, or could be construed as such;
  12. Not to take any action that could disable, overburden, or impair the operation or availability of Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, such as a denial of service attack;
  13. Not to engage in manipulative practices designed to disguise the true intent of your submissions to Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, or to artificially generate traffic to another website;
  14. Not facilitate or encourage any violations of these Terms of Service;
  15. Not to post or make any defamatory, disparaging, or false statements, claims, or allegations regarding Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services.
  16. Not to make your account or any part thereof or the services provided thereby available to the general public or any part thereof;
  17. Not to issue chargeback disputes against Magnus Investors.
  18. Not to use any patented, copyrighted, trademarked or other proprietary intellectual property without the written consent and permission of the owner of such property;
  19. Not to copy, distribute or disseminate Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, or any part thereof; and not to transfer Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, or any portion thereof, to another person; or “mirror” Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, or any portion thereof, on another server;
  20. Not to decompile or reverse engineer or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services or any part thereof;
  21. Not to take any other action that could result in damage to or disruption of Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, or that could otherwise result in liability, damages, costs or expenses to Magnus Investors.
  22. Not to share personal information with members or request personal information from members.

All content, materials and services related to Magnus Investors: the Website, the Slack workspace, the CopyTrader (including any services or software provided by Broker Bot LLC), the Social Media Sites, or Magnus Investors’ other products and services, are intended solely for your own personal use in connection with your trading activities and for no other use, and you hereby agree to use them exclusively.

Violation of any of the foregoing will result in immediate expulsion from Magnus Investors and forfeit your right to a refund.
